I got up bright and early so have already done my DVD, I did it before breakfast which was a stupid idea as I found it quite tough as my stomach was rumbling but I had the vision of that young boy in the video that I posted who was so inspirational that I just thought to myself get over yourself and do it. I know that I'm going off at a tangent but there are certain people you meet throughout your life that are so inspirational that they really do have a profound effect on your outlook to life. That's probably why when I'm on my treat day I have visions of MrG and Preston1990 looking down on me. I have met lots of inspirational people from this site and I was just reflecting that every single person that I have met in person has seen me indulging in a cake/sweet of some description hence the extra curves
Menu of the day:
Strawberry and banana smoothie (250 calories) no coffee as it doesn't go with a smoothie.
6 Jacobs savours, 50gm pate and cucumber followed by a weight watchers apricot yoghurt (300 calories)
Quorn cottage pie with green beans, carrots and sweetcorn (400 calories - I had to weigh out everything before as its hard to measure the calories when they are together)
Strawberries, jelly and ice-cream (150 calories) I didn't eat it last night as I had pineapple and coconut yoghurt instead which has the same number of calories but went better after a curry.
