Good Morning everyone! I hope everyone is feeling good today! Isn't it lovely to see the sun shining after all the rain we've had in recent weeks/months. Hopefully it will stay like this for a while now.

I'm not really sure what you are hinting at here Diane, and to be honest I had thought about reporting your unwarranted attack on me to the Moderators. On reflection though, I have decided that I'm just going to ignore your scurrilous and cruel remarks and move quietly on, as always

, focussing my efforts on my own personal weight-loss journey.
I want to start by thanking Steve from the NW who wrote in praising everyone's efforts and commitment on the WW thread. I am sure that I speak on behalf of all of us here when I say "thanks a lot Steve, it's nice to get that kind of endorsement".
I love hearing your menu ideas Biggins.

Homemade soups, stir fry’s and casseroles are amongst my favourite foods so keep them coming. It sounds like you are doing well on the old walking and swimming fronts too!
Rawr - Your recent gym session sounds good. If it was me, I'd plump for the salmon fillet with rice and peas, with sweet chilli HOT sauce despite it being the highest cal option. The added spiciness
could increase your metabolism and cancel out those additional calories - or maybe not - I'd chance it though as it sounds the nicest and you could always forgo the odd unplanned snackette to make up for it!
Good luck with today's weigh-in Valda
ClareBarr, MsT, Ejwrank, Aruif, Legs, Octopus, Others - How are you all doing? We'd love to hear from you all!
Today's Menu:
1) Egg on toast - poached rather than deep fried!
2) Aubergine, green pepper, red onions and chorizo with boiled rice.
3) Bruschetta (well sort of!)
4) Earl Grey with lemon. Two satsumas.
Exercise:
1) Gardening.
Blinking flip - I've just noticed that it's raining now - the gardening may have to wait!!
