Its treat day today
Menu of the day:
All bran and a banana with a black coffee (350 calories)
4 Ryvita with cottage cheese and pineapple followed by a clementine and a kiwi (300 calories)
Out for coffee and cakes tonight with my friend (it was her birthday last week so its an extra birthday treat - any excuse will do) hence a large slice of cake and a black coffee (somewhere between 700 and 800 calories - I have no idea really so this is a made up figure). I am now always to stuffed to eat a meal as well so don't have dinner
Exercise of the day will be a brisk 4 mile walk (fartlek style as 2 miles to the coffee place and 2 miles back).
