Menu of the day:
Porridge (300 calories)
Banana sandwich on rye bread plus a weight watchers fromage frais (350 calories)
Large salad of mixed leaves including rocket plus peppers, cucumber, tomatoes and spring onions. 2 onion bhajis with yoghurt dressing (yoghurt, garlic (melted from frozen a la moviemann), mint and cucumber) and a teaspoon of mango chutney. This is extremely filling so its good. I need a recipe for homemade bhajis so if anyone knows of one please let me know. Thanks so much.

Hey unfortunately I've never really like onion bhajis hence never really learned how to make it, I will ask my wife, she is a baker by profession and has her own bakery business so she has a very good knack for working out recipes without much trial and error , I would need to really enjoy something and try it a few times in order to be able to make it properly
