It was your comfort day though and on comfort day, you should be free of any stress about what you eat...but still, 1500 calories in one go!... ;) Anyway, glad you keeping up your overall pattern, keep it going o/

Everyone, its a common misconception that if you eat too much in one go, you can compensate by starving yourself for the rest of the day or most of the day. NO NO NO. Wrong. If you though that, get it outta your head. Your fat store increases overall even if it is still the same daily calories. Even on the comfort days, try to spread out your meals into 5, eat what like but spread it out. Splitting into 5 meals also raises your fat burn metabolism, so trust me, you will burn more than you would eating 3 meals a day.

Ok, I believe you...please dont try and prove the point !! I just remembered now, I actually DRUNK more than that in one go...many times...those cocktails, I never knew how evil they were (1 Long Island Ice tea is 800 bloody calories!) 8O

Alsinging...rock'n'roll ;) I'll reset you're entry, as we're 1 week in with the corrent progress chart, I'll set you a 3 week target as 1 week is too short to allow for fluctuations etc. I'll await your stat ;)

I have a very strong stomach that can cope with anything and yes I have entered the guiness record. I had Nando's chicken burger and chips (1000 calories) then came home and had a 99 with all the trimmings (500 calories) the technique I use is ensure that you have very good posture no slouching and then your stomach can reach its full capacity :p
I wasn't starving myself for the rest of the day I simply couldn't fit anything else in and had to sleep with 3 pillows to let my stomach digest it!
So pleased that jmd1983 can also eat the same amount we must do lunch ha ha.

Well done allsinging on your return to the Gym and us girls will continue to support you unlike someone else and their cutting remarks ;)

Yes of course and what a fabulous amount of weight you've lost well done o/
TheyCallMeMrGlass is our Mr Motivator and guides us through our goals giving hints and his expert opinion on our diets and where we are going wrong/ right; us girls offer moral support along the way as he can be quite wicked with his remarks e.g the comments re me going for the guiness record for the amount I can eat, but he's got our best interests at heart.
If you see the chart I don't think I look like Charlotte Church it's my daughter said my body looked like her before picture hence aiming for the after shape.
Looking forward to reading your posts :D
