The movie was stolen by 2, 15 year old girls. Their antics made the film work.

Saw this in a more than 1/2 empty Odeon Lothian Road Edinburgh tonight. I got there early as I thought it would have been packed being a Heat screening.

The seats are really cramped in there, despite there being two empty seats between me and the bloke to my left every time either of us croissed legs we crashed feet! Plus a large bloke behind me kept kicking my chair - grrr!

I was looking forward to this after the reviews but was disappointed.

Didn't really like it; sorry. Can't put my finger on why; just coz in my best 13 year old self answer!!

6/10 from me for just being a mediocre British film.

I thought this was an outstanding film and so completely different to any others I've seen recently! o/

Fantastic performances from so many people in this, but especially the teenage girls, Tasmin Greig (Beth), Roger Allam (Nicholas), Bill Camp (Glen) and Luke Evans (Andy). Drama full of humour married with sadness. Some beautiful countryside on show also.

I wasn't really expecting to enjoy this as much as I did, so I'm quite surprised to be giving it 8.5 out of 10! :D

Thought this was bit of a pointless film really, more made for TV drama than something that I would ever p*y to go to the cinema to see. really quite bad! I won't be recommending it.

Saw this at a 30% full Odeon Surrey Quays. Thought it was a really strange film, though it kept my interest until the end. Have to say though that both Gemma Arteton's and the 'drummer boy's acting was really poor. This was highlighted even more by the creep Nicholas, as the actor who played him was really good. 6.5/10

Better than the Switch. We seen this in a half empty screening. We did enjoy it and agree that the jessica barden (jodie) and Casey Shaw stole the show.

I recognized her and it took me a while to place where I'd seen her before, turns out it was a play (Jerusalem) last year.

Thanks to Tilly I finally got to see this and came out of the cinema wondering why!

It wasn't a bad film in that the cast were excellent and the scenery was wonderful but there just didn't seem a point to it. It ambled along quite nicely but for me did not pick up into any sort of real pace and left me slightly disappointed. The dog and the teenagers definitely stole the show but again they didn't really inspire me to say "you must go and see this film"!

A 6/10 for me as it really needed some more get up and go.
