Actuallly I was genuinely wondering. I suppose it would depend on how bad the disturbance and how good the film. Much of the time I can't face tackling another complaint but it's good to know that cinemas do take them seriously and offer redress. Will they ever get to the stage of trying to avoid problems in the first place, though? It'd have to be cheaper, plus contributing to better customer satisfaction.

I would be pee'd if that happened to me, film having started and not being able to sit where I want...

I saw this this afternoon and actually really enjoyed it. I saw it straight after Blue Valentine so perhaps that influenced me into thinking well at least this was set in the sun and reasonable cheery!

I don't think it's as good as the critics said in my humble opinion, but it was a good film and the subject matter was actually well handled for the most part.
